The Love Fest

The first 100 days of the Magnificent One...shock and awe! The press conference, if you could call it that, was sickening as usual. Miss California had more difficult questions posed to her. But the messiah took on one important issue: torture. He affirmed that his administration will have no part of it--water boarding, insects, sleep derivation, rap music, our country is better than that, so states our omnipotent leader.

Obama insisted that, "...that the country is made safer by not using them. You start taking shortcuts, and over time, that corrodes what's best in the people. It corrodes the character of a country."

I guess that taking shortcuts when it comes to paying taxes does not corrode the best in people. If it did, Obama would hardly have anyone at all in his cabinet. So much double speak, deception, disingenuousness--outright lies. Broken campaign promises: no tax cut for the middle class, reduce the deficit (he and his democratic colleagues are the reason we're where we're at right now). His solution...increase the size of the deficit, that will lower it. Huh?

And the press marches in lockstep behind him, batting their collective eyelashes at him like infatuated school girls. When will they realize that BHO is a man with no substance, no skills, and no conscience? He is the quintessential "teleprompter president," created and controlled behind the scenes by diabolical politicians bent on revenge toward those who disagree with them. Our nation's enemies future has never looked brighter. It's almost like a boxer going into a championship fight and saying that he won't hit his opponent in the face, that would be cruel.

I get the feeling that just like in Biblical times, we'll be wandering in the desert until such time that He's ready to lead us home. The near future looks bleak indeed.

Good Riddance!

Why all the fuss about Arlen Specter announcing that he's joined the ranks of the libs? He's been in their camp for years; he should have been a Democrat all along. But what his defection illustrates is the true character of most politicians. They have no ideological foundation, rather they are in office for self-gratification and power. The concept of representing those who elect them to office--ridiculous. They care nothing about their constituents, except in the context of adding pork to bills that will bring federal dollars to their state. Even that has an altruistic element to it. Just look at what Sen Byrd has done in WVA; every highway and building in the state bears his name.

So don't cry any tears over this rat jumping ship. In fact, I hope that he takes several others with him: McCain, Snow,and Lindsay Graham--all RINOs who live on the other side of the aisle.

Obama Gets "D"

Wisconsin Sen Feingold (D) has given BHO a grade of "D" in his first 100 days relating to state secrets. This from a member of his own party. So this begs the question, "Why isn't anyone doing anything to seal the leaks? How long will this dim bulb continue to hand over America's secrets to every two-bit Third World dictator who he chooses to rub shoulders with? This empty suit and his sycophants have our nation on a collision course with disaster.

I’m about to the point of exasperation. Every day brings a new act into the three ring circus called the White House. The latest…? DHS Sec Napolitano telling us that the 9-11 hijackers entered through Canada and that crossing the border illegally is not a crime. This can’t be happening. It’s like elementary school politics—a bunch of seventh graders running for school office.

This woman is in charge of defending our nation? Geithner, who can’t even fill out his own taxes, in charge of our Treasury? BHO who’s never authored a piece of legislation or run an organization, in charge of our country? Where are the dancing bears and clowns?

HOPE

He rode the "hope" slogan all the way to the White House, like a snake oil salesman making promises about his product that can never be realized. Obama was able to get half of the country to swallow his empty rhetoric, filled with dreams of prosperity and a new freedom for all.

We now realize that hope actually means: His Own Powerful Empire. He has set the dynamics in place for a radical change to what used to be our democratic republic. The perfect storm exists, the right president, the congress, the cabinet and appointees, for the socialization of America to take place.

It's been happening incrementally, as I've been warning about the past five years. Bit by bit, freedoms are taken from us, government intrudes into our private lives with burdensome, onerous regulations. Think I'm wrong? Nationalization of the banks is taking place in front of our very eyes. Government is taking them over with controlling interest in stock. Banks that don't want this to happen are trying to pay back the TARP money, but Turbo Tax Cheat Tim won't allow it. The government is dictating to the auto industry, although they started their takeover of the big 3 years ago by loading up unrealistic standards upon their products.

I see BHO rubbing shoulders with Ortega and Chavez; yesterday Chavez made a national speech (sound familiar Obama?) praising Obama and telling his country that America has finally learned her lesson and is leaning toward their philosophy. Chavez started the same way Obama did, he took over the banks, the oil companies...every major industry that was a money maker. Check out the communist nations, the socialist states, note that pictures and statues of the leader appear everywhere. Now look around here in America...Obama logos, pictures, etc. Soon the statues will be erected.

Remember the slogan, "I love my country, but I fear my government?" That's changing..."I fear my country; I fear my government." I feel like an outsider in my own nation.

America In 2013

Here’s what the country will look like by the end of BHO’s first term:
· CIA…now called CFA, the Central Friends Agency. No longer able to spy on anyone without their knowledge. Interrogation techniques consist of getting in the bad guy’s face and asking him nicely if he has any ill will toward our country. If there is a threat of imminent danger, perhaps something minor like a nuclear bomb, CFA agents are allowed to yell, but they must later apologize
· Police…will be equipped with squirt guns; SWAT will have super soakers but must have command authorization to deploy them
· Military Vets…must live within compounds so that DHS can brand them and then they may be released on supervised trips with escorts
· Public gatherings…no longer allowed
· Internet…operated from the White House with an on/off switch
· National debt…no longer a concern since currency is valueless

What Really Happened

New evidence is being discovered concerning Barry's actions in the rescue of the ship captain held hostage by pirates. Information has begun to surface that indicates that BHO didn't give the command to fire after all. It seems that his orders to the Navy on scene were not to do anything unless the hostage's life was in "imminent danger." The first time the hostage jumped from the life boat, giving the SEALS a clear shot, they were told to stand down. Even after a Navy RIB approached with supplies and took fire from the pirates, no shots were returned.

On Saturday night the pirates fired on the Navy once again; and by now the on scene commander decided enough was enough. Acting unilaterally, yet clearly within his authority, he ordered the SEALS to take their shots. Three simultaneous rounds later--problem solved.

Barry's spin team immediately took over and characterized the rescue as the work of a strong, decisive leader (using the word leadership when referring to BHO is an oxymoron). They praised Barry for his handling of the incident, even though the entire problem could have been solved in hours, rather than days.

The irony: DHS's right wing terrorists, aka, the military, once again proved why America continues to be the strongest country in the world, even while Barry and his own band of "beltway pirates" continue to tear the country down in front of any nation that will listen.

If you see a soldier, marine, or airman today, tell him how much you appreciate him/her. They're the only thing standing between us and a beheading.

What Have I Done?

I'm in my hotel room in Sacramento. I'm conducting training for a government agency. Yesterday I spotted a spider crawling on the wall, and I'm wondering if I'm being tortured by the U.S. Government. I know now that this particular vicious tactic, putting an insect in a room with someone, is outlawed by our government. (Thank you, messiah.) But I'm trying to figure out...what have I done and what information are they trying to get from me? And doesn't the hotel know that this heinous, despicable practice flies in the face of the Geneva Conventions? I'd much rather suffer the same fate as journalist, Daniel Pearl, who was beheaded by Muslims. Those kind souls recognize how inhumane it would be for anyone to have to endure an insect in the same room. Can't we all just get along?

How Dare She?

Homeland Security is out of control...it's worthless. The head of the agency, Janet Napolitano, said that she stands by the recent intelligence assessment that states that our American heroes, our military, could be considered terrorist risks. How dare she?

The report also calls me, and others of my ilk, conservative bloggers, as terrorist risks as well. Free speech--gone; individual liberties--more disappearing with each new day; the Bill of Rights--about to be deep sixed.

Drug Czar, Border Czar, what is going on? Czars originated in Russia...they're Emperors and Kings--autocrats. They don't belong in America. You think that we aren't drifting toward socialism?

As the illustrious (worthless gaffmeister) Joe Biden once said, "Gird your loins." Get in the game folks, before it's too late. If we don't stop these buffoons now we'll never be able to repair the damage.

Two Things About the Pirates

Yesterday Secretary of Defense Gates said that there is no military solution to the pirate problem. This idiotic comment from a man who is also dialing down our national defense spending. The military solution? Kill every pirate on the water and then destroy their lair. Gates has no business being Sec of Defense with his stated philosophy.

Second...the real pirates aren't in Somalia, they're inside the beltway--Washington, D.C. Captain Barry and the gang, Pelosi, Reid, and the Democratic Congress have stolen much more money than the ragtag pirates will ever take. Pirates are demanding "chump change" compared to Capt Barry and his merry band of fellow pirates. Arrrgggghhh....

Nice Going Leon

CIA Director Leon Panetta announced that he is closing all secret prisons and discontinuing "brutal" interrogation techniques such as water-boarding. Someone please get this latest news to the Somali pirates who still hold the ship captain hostage. Fellas...no worries...the USA will never make you uncomfortable regardless of what you do.

In fact, Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, thinks that the hijacking of an American ship is a big joke. She laughed about the matter while commenting on it yesterday. Watch the video: click. So now USA sovereignty means nothing--we're all citizens of the world and we promise never to punish anyone regardless of what they may do. Thank you, Apologizer-In-Chief.

Will Someone Please Tell Him?

Psst...Obama...you're already President--stop with the campaign already! Having just completed the "Photo Op/America is arrogant" tour, he's back home. Does anyone else but me think that apologizing to the Muslim World for the US retaliating when we were attacked on our own soil is anything but wrong? And what about bowing to the Saudi King? (I don't care what the White House said, he bowed!) He continues to sit idly after the North Koreans launched a missile, deferring to the fellow empty suits in the worthless UN. Now, Oh Great One, show us your response to Somali pirates hijacking a ship sailing under the US flag and carrying a crew of 21 Americans. It's your move, or will you apologize for America for having the audacity to be in International waters?

The National Law Enforcement Memorial

My sadness over the recent loss of our Warriors has caused me to pen this poem:

The long low wall sweeps across the vista
Lions stand watch over the hallowed grounds
Guarding those families and friends
Who visit loved ones in this place of honor



Thousands of names old and new
They’ve paid a price for me and you
Unselfish and dedicated sworn to uphold
They stared in the face of evil not backing down



Their tour has now ended
Their journey complete
We’ll never forget them
Heroes one and all

Three Pittsburgh Police Officers were shot and killed today. Nothing is more important than our prayers for their souls and for those left behind--family and friends. Hug your spouse and your children, brothers and sisters. Walk with Jesus each day, praying that He will keep you on the path to eternal life. May St. Michael protect you on your beat. God bless you.

Disgusting Comments

The man who sits in the White House as the leader of our great country continues to find it necessary to denigrate our nation in front of world leaders. Today in France he characterized the USA as "arrogant."

Really? Were we arrogant when we went into countries that had only dreamt of democracy? Were we arrogant when we gave millions of dollars in aid to Third World countries? And by the way, the USA has always been first in everything...first in Iran, first in Saudi Arabia, first anywhere that tyrants and bullies try to impose their will. France, Spain, and others of their ilk are cowards, and if they join in at all it's always after the fact.

Obama is the arrogant one. He's an empty suit who has never done anything to improve this country--he's always only looked for one thing: How can I make myself look good and amass power. I'm tired of his destructive rhetoric in front of foreigners, who for the most part owe their freedom and lifestyle to the USA. Knock it off, clown!
