Unable To See Clearly

General Casey was asked about the recent shooting at Fort Hood, specifically if he thought the shooter was a terrorist. Casey did his best imitation of a liberal politician in responding that we shouldn't jump to conclusions, lest we allow our diversity to become a victim too. What? That diversity he's referring to is the very thing that is killing us from within.

Gen Casey is out of touch with reality. It's clear that this shooter was a radical Islamist who had no fear of talking about his jihadist thoughts and even proselytizing the soldiers he was counseling. The signs were obvious and multiple. The guy even shouted, "Allahu Akbar," before he slaughtered his victims. Why wasn't anything done before this tragedy occurred?

It's time to do something about this epidemic of political correctness that has obscured our vision. At the risk of offending anyone about anything, we've handcuffed our cops, courts, and soldiers. What's next, simuntions instead of real bullets so we don't hurt our enemies? Casey needs to be commanding the Salvation Army, not our soldiers.

First Bell Rings In Death Knell

On a Saturday night, under cover of darkness, Pelosi and her turncoat colleagues snuck a bill through the House that is certain to cause irreparable harm to our nation that once boasted the best health care system in the world. Refusing to allow "we the people" to even see the bill (so much for transparency), and solidly rejecting a Republican alternative (so much for bi-partisanship), the bill was approved by one party vote.

It now goes to another snake in the grass, Harry Reid, for debate and vote. The bill will cripple small business, decimate medicare, and despite all of the hoopla, still doesn't cover every American. But what I find to be the most glaringly offensive aspect of this whole Machiavellian scheme to socialize the citizenry--our lawmakers...our elected representatives...will not be covered by the same plan. Not one of these cowards has taken the time, or had the nerve to address that issue. What does that tell you folks? BO's one America, his phony rhetoric about hope and change, it was all a clever scheme to drive this country into the ground.

Let me posit one theory that I've gleaned from listening to the messiah. He's obviously an apologist for America. Nothing we've done in the past, or can do in the future, can be acceptable to the rest of the world. BO's heart is not with us, but with the Muslim nation. He's slowly allowing their culture to seep into ours, and at some point America as you and I know it will disappear. He'll eventually get around to allowing Sharia Law to be practiced in America. Mark my words, it's coming.

I hope the kool-aid drinkers are enjoying themselves now, because the drink will become bitter in the future, just like the elixir that Jim Jones served up to his disciples.

Ft. Hood

The tragedy at Ft. Hood will begin to be manipulated by the press, until finally they have the country thinking the shooter was the real victim because of his faith. They couldn't be more wrong. This guy, and I won't use his name to give him anymore press, is a scumbag. He's a pathetic underachiever who shot unarmed people for no reason other than his fanatical embrace of his religion. Why didn't he go into an area where he knew his colleagues themselves would be armed? The answer is because he's a coward. The Army was afraid to get rid of him because of his race. Another example of our nation's obsession with political correctness.

Little did he know that he'd run up against a brave American police officer named, Sgt. Munley. She is the true hero in this incident. Her quick, decisive action saved many more lives that would have been lost, had she not selflessly attacked. This 34 year old mother of two let her instincts kick in, and she charged her adversary like a mother bear protecting her cubs.

Thank you, Sergeant, for your courage and devotion to duty. We owe you. Maybe we can name a school or building after you, rather than the phony heroes and icons that we prop up now.
